Every plan includes a small transaction commission on paid orders: 3% on Free, 2.5% on Starter, 2% on Growth, 1% on Business, and 0.5% on Scale. The commission decreases as you upgrade, so moving up a tier usually pays for itself once your GMV grows.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or buy a 1,000 / 5,000 order add-on pack from your dashboard. Your store stays online either way.
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no long-term contracts. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
Yes. Annual billing is available on Starter, Growth, Business, and Scale with a 15% discount versus monthly. Contact sales if you would like an annual quote.
Yes. The Free plan stays free with up to 20 products and 50 orders per month. We only charge a 3% transaction commission on paid orders, which keeps the lights on while you grow.
Most new merchants start on Free, move to Starter once they need a custom domain, upgrade to Growth when they begin running paid ads, jump to Business when order fraud starts to bite, and only move to Scale when they need the AI Commerce Assistant or multi-store support.
Usage-based add-ons (AI call minutes, WhatsApp API, SMS, extra storage) are billed at the end of each month based on actual consumption. You will see a detailed breakdown in your billing dashboard.
