Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. This proposal includes a ৳0 Free plan with up to 20 products and 50 orders per month. Final published terms will confirm availability and included tools.
What happens when I reach my product or order limit?+
Proposed capacities are Free 20 / 50, Starter 100 / 500, Growth 500 / 5,000 and Scale 5,000 / 50,000 (products / monthly orders). Limit handling and any upgrade requirements are not finalized.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?+
Plan changes are intended. Timing, proration, cancellation, refunds and treatment of over-limit resources remain subject to the final billing policy. This page does not change a subscription.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?+
The yearly option illustrates a 20% discount, with the annual total and Taka savings shown on each plan. It is a proposal; approved prices, tax and renewal terms must be confirmed before purchase.

Can I move an existing store to Storixa?+
Planned options include CSV/Excel catalog import and supported migrations from platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify. Product, variant, customer, order, URL and media coverage needs checking for each source. Continuous sync is not implied.
Does Storixa support Cash on Delivery and online payments?+
Storixa is designed for COD and supported gateways such as SSLCOMMERZ and eligible bKash/Nagad options. Online payments depend on an approved merchant gateway account and a working integration.
AI & personalization
What AI features are included in each plan?+
The comparison shows proposed levels for content, sales assistance, recommendations and growth tools. AI credits, models, rate limits and overage prices are not finalized. Availability depends on supported providers and setup.
Can Storixa AI launch ads or spend my budget automatically?+
AI can prepare campaign drafts and recommendations. Spending, publishing and other consequential changes require merchant authorization and budget and permission controls. Results are not guaranteed.
Will every customer see a personalized storefront?+
Personalization depends on eligible first-party behavior, consent, available recommendations and setup. New or unrecognized visitors receive a relevant default experience; every session is not necessarily unique.

Can I connect Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp?+
Proposed paid plans support eligible Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and WhatsApp Business assets. Actual features depend on approved Meta permissions, account eligibility, messaging rules and supported APIs.
Will Storixa automatically recover my old conversations?+
Not necessarily. Social platforms may limit access to past messages. Available history, identity matching and imports depend on each platform’s permissions and supported export paths.
How do courier booking, COD verification and tracking work?+
The planned workflow connects orders with verification, eligible courier accounts, delivery updates and COD reconciliation. Available providers, fraud checks and automation need confirmation for your plan and accounts.
